About:
We would like to create a joint Parking and Transportation commission to increase data sharing between UNC and the Town of Chapel Hill. Also, in response to the economic and public safety concerns resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to petition the Town of Chapel Hill to allow local businesses and churches to legally rent out unused parking without going through a year-long special-use permit process.
