Sign up for a committee

We are currently recruiting people serve on the organizing committee and the judge committee.      

  • Organizing committee (5-10 hours per week, now through August 10th): Help to finalize and promote the open call for submissions and provide guidance and support to interested individuals.  This will include novices who can help with coordination as well as seasoned hands to help with mentoring.
  • Judges (10 hours total, 16 – 31 July): Complete a conflict of interest statement and review contributions to the open call.

Members of the organizing committee and judges will still be able to contribute to the open call, but we will have strict conflict of interest policies in place.
